Joy of Life Productions produces events such as benefits, retreats*, and concerts. Our Executive Producer, Larry Reed, has been producing concerts since 1992. Services include booking, concert management, promotion, and live recording.
Booking events generally must be handled from 3 to 18 months ahead of time, varying by venue. We handle contacts between you and venue offices, set up booking contracts, and obtain insurance. Our fees cover the time involved only and are not commission based. Venue, insurance, and any other fees are your responsibility.
Concert management includes coordinating activities up to and including the event itself. We coordinate with venues to manage rehearsals, sound, and staging. We can facilitate equipment rentals as necessary. Our fees cover the time involved only and are not commission based. Fees for support services (personnel, rentals, etc.) are your responsibility.

Many venues have facilities and personnel to handle live recording. We help with the production of live recordings by working with venue or independent personnel as necessary. Our fees cover the time involved only. Fees for venue and/or independent personnel and equipment are your responsibility.
